In summer months, parades of masked people make their noisy way through some of the towns in the Kvarner area. Novi Vinodolski is no exception - in July, it opens its gates to the masked revelers and and temporarily cedes power to the summer carnival. Needless to say, that is the time with no room for serious faces and dark glares, fun and laughter spread through the town like an infection.
Leave your worries behind, hide behind a mask and remind yourself how beautiful life really is.
