The view which will leave one quite breathless is undoubtedly the view of the Bay of Rijeka streaked with a myriad of white sails. Yachtsmen from across the world gather once a year at the Great Fiumanka regatta that follows the route between Rijeka to OmiĊĦalj and back, and takes every ounce of strength from even the most experienced.
This year, a press regatta called NCPress Fiumanka will be held within the main regatta.
