Throughout the country traffic is obstructed due to snow. Recommended: Do not start the journey without the winter equipment! If possible, postpone it!
On the A1 motorway between Sveti Rok and Maslenica junctions all traffic is allowed, but from Božići viaduct to Sveti Rok tunnel the driving speed has to be reduced to 40 km/h.
Due to very strong wind and snow all traffic is suspended on the state roads:
D1 Gračac-Knin, D33 Knin-Drniš, D39 Aržano border crossing-Cista Provo, D59 Knin-Kistanje-Kapela, D218 Brotnja-Sučević, D425 Čeveljuša-Karamatići, D506 Dobroselo-Mazin.
Only passenger vehicles proceed freely:
- on the A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorway between Delnice and Kikovica junctions in both directions,
- on the D8 Adriatic road from Karlobag to Sveta Marija Magdalena,
- on the D25 Gospić-Karlobag state road,
- on the ŽC Bjelopolje-Donji Lapac regional road.
On Krk bridge and on the D8 Bakar-Karlobag traffic is suspended for: doubledeckers, trailers and motorcycles.
