Procedure in case of an accident

• Remain at the place of an accident;

• help the injurred;

• ensure normal traffic;

• secure the vehicle and the place of accident;

• call the ambulance;

• notify the nearest police station;

• wait for the arrival of the official person to carry out the;

• abstain from alcohol, narcotics or drugs, until investigation is done.

In case of minor damage, the drivers should immediately remove their vehicles from the road and allow normal traffic. A place of an accident should be secured by the triangle. If an accident occurs outside residential area, the triangle is placed not less then 100 m from the vehicles, and in the residential area according to an estimate and traffic. A driver having escaped from the place of accident is considered to have performed a severe violation.
